World of Goo 2 – Now with 100% More Release Dates and Platforms!

Mark your calendar with a wet black stain – World of Goo 2 releases on May 23, 2024!

You’ll be able to get it on the Nintendo Switch (via the eShop), on the Epic Games Store (for Windows and Mac), and on WorldOfGoo2.com (for Windows, Mac, and Linux).

But I want to play it on my heavy computer that’s strapped to my face and sprays pixels into my eyeballs.

Don’t see your favorite platform listed? Don’t worry. Throw your other platforms in the trash, and get it from one of the above!

Have a late Ho Ho Holiday… on the Nintendo Switch!

NINTENDO SWITCH FANS: Time to grab a mug of hot chocolate, and dip your favorite screaming marshmallow or gingerbread man, because the Little Inferno: Ho Ho Holiday Edition finally has a release date!

Starting on January 13th, 2023, American and European Switch players will be able to find the Little Inferno: Ho Ho Holiday Edition in their eShop.

Don’t have a Switch? The Little Inferno: Ho Ho Holiday Edition is also available on Steam, Epic, GOG, iOS Appstore, Google Play Store, and here on this very site!

It might by January, but the Ho Ho Holidays never stop!

BREAKING WEATHER REPORT: A Limited Edition Physical Edition of Little Inferno for the Nintendo Switch!

Tomorrow Corporation and Super Rare Games are pleased to announce the release of the Limited Edition physical release of Little Inferno – out on May 14th, 2020!

Your Little Inferno Entertainment Fireplace comes in two versions: 5000 Collector’s Editions, and a limited 2000 Steel Box version. Both versions come with come with different cover and interior art, and both editions come with a full color manual with original concept art, exclusive sticker, full color postcard, and trading cards.

They each also contain the only version of Little Inferno with two-player controls, and come with the fireplace that burns at a hundred billion degrees. It’s Little Inferno just for meeeeeeee.

A Limited Edition Physical Version of World of Goo for Nintendo Switch Appears!

2DBoy, Tomorrow Corporation, and our friends at Super Rare Games are pleased to announce the Limited Edition physical release of World of Goo – out later this month!

Fun fact: This is the first time a physical version of World of Goo has existed for a Nintendo console!

In addition to 4000 Collector’s Editions, we’re also releasing 2000 Steel Box versions, for those extra rugged players who’d like to keep their gooey-cartridges protected in a hard metal case. The two editions come with different cover and interior art, and both editions come with a 20-page full color manual, exclusive sticker, full color postcard, three trading cards randomly selected from the five-card set – and an award winning game – World of Goo! Physical cartridge! For Nintendo Switch!

Now Available in Europe and Australia… and Multiplayer Updates Everywhere!

European and Australian eShop customers enlarged to show texture.

 

World of Goo, Little Inferno, and Human Resource Machine are now available in Nintendo’s European and Australian regions, in adorable eShops everywhere! And extra thanks once again to our volunteers who made all these translations possible – all three games were translated by real live human community volunteers.

 

Two updates were also just released today, for all regions. The Switch should automatically apply these updates for you:

  • Little Inferno: Now with multiplayer, grab the other Joy-Con and burn it all down with a friend!
  • Human Resource Machine: Now you can swap which Joy-Con you’re using whenever you want. Just press a button on whichever one you want to use. This was, strangely, a very requested feature.
