Breaking News: Tomorrow Corporation’s 3 Games Not on Nintendo Switch… Yet

Sunday, March 5th, 2017

An actual photo of Nintendo receiving Tomorrow Corporation’s three Award Winning Games.

Good news from the Mushroom Kingdom! We crammed our 3 games down Nintendo’s warp pipe, and are now just waiting for approval. We hope to have a release date for World of Goo, Little Inferno, and Human Resource Machine soon!

Other important facts:

  • No one at Tomorrow Corporation actually has a retail Switch yet. While we were working on our titles, we all forgot to pre-order the Switch until it was too late! How’s the eShop looking?
  • This past week at GDC, Human Resource Machine excellently won Excellence in Innovation at IMGA. Since no one from the team could attend, management graciously stepped in to receive the award. (video below)
  • More seasons of Great British Bake Off are now available and we have begun new careers in baking.

Coming Soon to the Nintendo Switch!

Tuesday, January 24th, 2017

STEP ASIDE! The door to the Tomorrow Corporation vault is about to burst open… Locked away for literally decades, three multi-award winning games will once again be available for a new generation to enjoy.

Coming soon on the Nintendo Switch, players around the world can once again experience three classic games, re-united on a fantastic new console from Nintendo:

  • Re-discover 2D BOY’s beautiful and surprising World of Goo!
  • Re-ignite the dangerous and uplifting adventure in Little Inferno!
  • Re-engineer your corporate ascent in Human Resource Machine!

And for the first time ever, all three games will come bundled with their full original soundtracks. Tomorrow Corporation’s intrepid interns have created a new Soundtrack Mode, where players can explore Kyle Gabler’s wonderfully bizarre music in this special mode, available only on Nintendo Switch.

We here at Tomorrow Corporation are some of Nintendo’s biggest fans, so we’re excited to be part of this new adventure alongside players at home, on the road, on the train, on the roof, or wherever it is kids go these days!

The vault is rumbling…!

Konichiwa, Japan!

LittleInferno_JP_titlescreen
Thanks to Nintendo of Japan’s outstanding localization team, Little Inferno is officially out in Japan for the Nintendo Wii U! Tomorrow Corporation was honored that the Big N chose to bring over Little Inferno, and even more honored when it was announced on Japan’s Nintendo Direct broadcast last week.

Success!

Localization was a success.

Beyond translating the game, NOJ was a big help coming up with new combos for the Japanese audience – especially since we here at Tomorrow Corporation are woefully behind on our Japanese puns and humor. I would not have heard of the phrase “Marshmallow Girl” or known that there was a rabbit that lived on the moon were it not for the localization team’s tireless efforts.

Arigato, everyone!

And arigato to everyone following our site. It’s been a while since we’ve posted news, but that should be changing in the next month or two. Stay tuned…
