Breaking News: Tomorrow Corporation’s 3 Games Not on Nintendo Switch… Yet

Sunday, March 5th, 2017

An actual photo of Nintendo receiving Tomorrow Corporation’s three Award Winning Games.

Good news from the Mushroom Kingdom! We crammed our 3 games down Nintendo’s warp pipe, and are now just waiting for approval. We hope to have a release date for World of Goo, Little Inferno, and Human Resource Machine soon!

Other important facts:

  • No one at Tomorrow Corporation actually has a retail Switch yet. While we were working on our titles, we all forgot to pre-order the Switch until it was too late! How’s the eShop looking?
  • This past week at GDC, Human Resource Machine excellently won Excellence in Innovation at IMGA. Since no one from the team could attend, management graciously stepped in to receive the award. (video below)
  • More seasons of Great British Bake Off are now available and we have begun new careers in baking.

Coming Soon to the Nintendo Switch!

Tuesday, January 24th, 2017

STEP ASIDE! The door to the Tomorrow Corporation vault is about to burst open… Locked away for literally decades, three multi-award winning games will once again be available for a new generation to enjoy.

Coming soon on the Nintendo Switch, players around the world can once again experience three classic games, re-united on a fantastic new console from Nintendo:

  • Re-discover 2D BOY’s beautiful and surprising World of Goo!
  • Re-ignite the dangerous and uplifting adventure in Little Inferno!
  • Re-engineer your corporate ascent in Human Resource Machine!

And for the first time ever, all three games will come bundled with their full original soundtracks. Tomorrow Corporation’s intrepid interns have created a new Soundtrack Mode, where players can explore Kyle Gabler’s wonderfully bizarre music in this special mode, available only on Nintendo Switch.

We here at Tomorrow Corporation are some of Nintendo’s biggest fans, so we’re excited to be part of this new adventure alongside players at home, on the road, on the train, on the roof, or wherever it is kids go these days!

The vault is rumbling…!

Seeking Beta Volunteers!

Monday, July 13th, 2015

BettyWe are looking for volunteers to help beta test our upcoming game Human Resource Machine.  To help our Beta Selection Bot select the first few rounds of beta testers, PLEASE CHOOSE WISELY:

CHOICE 1:  I pre-ordered Human Resource Machine and would like to help beta test it! I understand that not everyone who fills out this survey can be selected, and that beta testing involves playing something that is not 100% ready, but I want to do it anyway!

CHOICE 2: Please tell me how to pre-order (with a discount!) so I can click the first option!

CHOICE 3: I feel emotionally distressed, since neither of the above links apply to my specific situation, and would appreciate having something to click.

Good luck, and congratulations!!

Talkin’ About Little Inferno

Thursday, July 17th, 2014

Title Screen

I gave a talk about the things we learned while making Little Inferno at GDC this year, but completely forgot to post it here. There were some difficulties with sound during the presentation, so I ended up singing half of the lyrics of the jingle on stage. With no back up audio. In front of 600 or so people.

Despite the technical difficulties, the talk went pretty well! If you’re interested in learning about the story behind Little Inferno, it’s worth a gander. Just please ignore my bad singing.

Something Else is Burning

In other news, we’ve been quietly prototyping a few different game ideas for a little while now. Nothing new to report just yet, but it has been nice to go back to our roots. Strange to think we wrote that paper almost 9 years ago!
