We are a 3 person team. Here are our games so far:

We Have a Switch Release Date…!

Princess Peach has smiled upon us, and granted us a release date for – THIS WEEK! World of Goo, Little Inferno, and Human Resource Machine Switch editions will all be available in North America this Thursday, March 16!

We havenโ€™t received an official confirmation from Nintendo of Europe, but we hope to have good news for our European friends soon.

And our intern made us Switch eShop trailers for all three games, delicately embedded below.

It was a long, dangerous journey, but here comes the Tomorrow Corporation train! Stand back. The doors are closing. Next stop: Nintendo eShop!

  1. Daniel says:

    Europe?

    • KyleGray says:

See above! Nothing from NOE yet, hopefully we’ll have some news on that before Thursday.

  2. Bo says:

Awesome! Can’t wait to check these out. Who could I contact about press codes?

  3. Leo J Wright says:

Are you willing to tell us what you will be charging?
I don’t have any of the 3 games, will there be a bundle?

    • KyleGray says:

Each game will cost $9.99 USD, or the equivalent if you aren’t based in the US.

We have been looking into bundling them somehow, but were told that it isn’t technically possible at the moment.

      • Leo Wright says:

Thanks for the info! I appreciate it. I’m very interested in World of Goo and Human Resource Machine.

  4. sonters says:

How much will they cost? Also any plans for a physical release?

    • KyleGray says:

We are looking into a physical version, but it’s a lot trickier than the digital world we’re all living in now. If we do find a way to make a physical version, it will not be for a while.

  5. James Fox says:

    What’s the price? $7? $10?

  6. Jay says:

Any chance there is anything special added for the releases? Or just ports? Either way, been a long while since I have played W.O.G. So for sure got a sale from this guy!

  7. A Fan says:

    What about Australia?

    • KyleGray says:

Australia should release at the same time as Europe.

If you can get a NA account *I believe* it’s possible to download games from the NA store. That said, we still don’t have Switches, so I haven’t been able to test it out myself.

      • A Fan says:

I heard about that too- you do it by registering another account in a different region, but I also read that you can’t yet buy games- something to do with using a credit card from a different region to fund the account doesn’t work?

Thanks for the quick response, though! I’ll wait and hope that we will receive the games with Europe.

        • You can buy eShop download codes from Amazon.com (i.e., Amazon US). You just have to set up a US Amazon account, with a random/fake US billing address. Just find an address or ZIP code on Google somewhere.

Your card will still work fine, and the codes are instantly emailed to you. I’ve been doing it on the US PlayStation Store for a while. ๐Ÿ™‚

  8. Dex says:

Will this get Japanese translation (like on Wii) and appear on JP eShop?

  9. Li says:

Hope it will eventually come to JP shop as well !!

  10. Chris says:

Are these going to be touch screen drag and drop in tablet mode only, or will they be available to play in TV mode with some other form of control scheme, be it standard or gyroscope?

  11. Luke says:

Any new features for World of Goo on Switch? I beat it back on WiiWare, so I’m wondering if there have been any changes since then.

  12. Kage says:

Two questions regarding Little Inferno; Will the game run at a solid 60fps on Switch, and will it be compatible with the Pro Controller? If not, how accurate are the joy-con controls? I’ll be playing on the TV (docked) which is why I’m curious.

    • Kyle Gabler says:

60fps: “Yes, 60fps is no problem.” -Allan’s Engine

Fun Fact: Players have complained that explosions in Little Inferno seem to cause the frame rate to drop. In fact, time slowing down during explosions was just a fun little effect we thought made them look bigger, more powerful, more explosive. The FPS holds nice and steady.

Pro controller: Does the pro controller use gyroscopes? We don’t have one, since we’re not pros, and so we don’t support it for now. The Joy-Cons work great. And you have two, so you can play with a non-pro friend!

      • Brandon says:

So excited for your games to become available tomorrow as I have eagerly awaited them since before launch day! Will be buying all three immediately upon posting. My only concern is I absolutely love playing with my pro controller as that is what feels most natural. Please add support for the pro controller as soon as possible as I would greatly appreciate that ๐Ÿ™‚ keep up the good work!

      • Kage says:

Thanks so much for the reply! The pro controller does in fact use gyroscopes and makes use of them already in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild for certain things. Support for it would be fantastic, but I understand that you guys are doing your best with what you have. Looking forward to playing tomorrow!
